Latin-American & Ballroom
Dance Vision is a registered Latin-American & Ballroom Dance Studio with the South African Dance Foundation.
Dance Vision registers all of it's students with this association. Download the SADF Student registration form.
Dance Vision is situated in Randfontein, close to surrounding towns, Krugersdorp, Westonarea and Carletonville.
We also offer sokkie and 2-step classes for those interested in doing something more social.
Dance Vision does not teach in groups and all classes are given on a "Private Lesson" basis, where you and your partner will be taught by an instructor privately.
The Latin-American & Ballroom Styles are broken up in 9 different levels, namely:
- Bronze Prelim
- Bronze Intermediate
- Bronze Final
- Silver Prelim
- Silver Intermediate
- Silver Final
- Gold Prelim
- Gold Intermediate
- Gold Final

What does Dance Vision offer?
At Dance Vision you can learn to dance the Cha Cha, Mambo, Merengue, Western Swing, Eastern Swing / Jive, Boogie / Hustle, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Rumba, Bolero or, if you would like to learn to dance socially, learn to dance a very nice 2-step and sokkie.
We choreograph dances for weddings and other special occasions, like school balls and the Matric farewell.
Differences of Pro-Am & Am
What exactly does Pro-Amateur and Amateur mean?
Pro-Amateur simply means that you are a student dancing with an instructor, thus, Amateur (you) and Pro (the instructor).
Amateur means that you are a student couple dancing together, and in exams and competitions you will be dancing as two Amateurs together.
